■ THE REORG STORM — HOW TO READ IT
each grey block = an orphaned block — found, then beaten to its height
only one block survives per height — the spine locking onto the centre line
red = rivals (LayerTwo Labs & co) — the hotter glow on the spine = L2L Pool kept that height · gold = ours
chain reorg = our block knocks an accepted rival block off the spine — that block is orphaned
blue ghost = a SELF-RACE — we found 2+ valid blocks at one height and out-raced our own duplicate
3,875 found → 3,510 orphaned (90.6%) 61 self-races — out-raced our own duplicates 61×

Your own browser re-hashes the real header of block 963,648. No server involved — crypto.subtle, right here.
▪ 1 Bitaxe solo-mined the real thing at difficulty 1 — this is the same math, just a lot slower in JS.
🪦 The Orphan Yard
Such orphan. Very reorg. 172+ rival blocks knocked off the chain by /layertree-ecash/ — this is a lower bound; genesis-era orphans aged out of node memory.

Engraved plate — the finale, held still: I the shot that felled Goliath · II the medallion struck from the forge · III the standing monument of the 365.
▪ the stone = block 963,648 · the crucible burned their blocks as our heat · the two skydoge112 stones sit atop the attic beside the 1:12 · keystone + four attic blocks carry 1:12, one character per block

One Bitaxe vs the Storm Paul Sztorc eCash Alphanet Fork
PAUL SZTORC'S ECASH ALPHANET — A BITCOIN (BTC) HARD FORK (not the Ethereum-based “eCash”)
When Bitcoin (BTC) hard-forked into the eCash alphanet at height 963,648, difficulty crashed from 127,479,855,693,691 — Bitcoin’s, ≈127 trillion — to 1 in a single block, and blocks fell in under a second. Thousands were mined; ~90% were orphaned in the reorg storm that followed.
Our whole farm: one Bitaxe, 2.5 TH/s — David.
The network — Goliath — now out-hashes it 1,280,000 : 1.
But David struck first: the first block, the first 25 in a row, 43 of the first 47 — 365 confirmed in all.
LayerTree Labs (L3L) > LayerTwo Labs (L2L)
On LayerTwo Labs' own eCash fork, we mined the very first block —
and stamped it /layertree-ecash/.

WHAT HAPPENED
One home Bitaxe solo-mined the genesis block of Paul Sztorc’s eCash Alphanet
— a Bitcoin hard fork — then out-raced the giant pools to sweep the opening blocks:
365 confirmed, 172+ rival blocks reorged away. Starring & credits: MLG (SkyDoge dev, L3L — mined the block)
& Paul Sztorc (the eCash Alphanet fork).
